Now, we are looking for a talented Manager Candidate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Overview:
In our manager development program, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job and online training with the goal of being promoted to a manager position within 8 weeks. The program starts with basic in-shop and delivery skills and progresses to shift management and store management.
Responsibilities:
- Run shifts of 8-10 hours per day
- Open the store and prepare ingredients and vegetables
- Bake fresh bread for each shift
- Manage fresh bread production throughout the shift
- Supervise in-shop and driver employees
- Oversee inventory and product delivery
- Make personnel decisions with input and consent from owners
- Create schedules (for General Manager)
