Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $86,000.00 - $131,375.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Overview:
The Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Capital Planning and Debt Strategy to lead critical components of the organization's capital investment planning and financing strategy. This role is a key leader within the Capital Planning and Debt Strategy team, responsible for overseeing capital planning processes, driving strategic investment decisions, and optimizing financial and system capabilities to support enterprise growth
This position partners closely with senior leadership, including the COO, VP of Budget and Financial Planning, and SVP of Facilities & Construction, to shape and execute capital allocation and financing strategies aligned with long-term organizational priorities. The Manager will also provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to analysts, while enhancing governance, processes, and decision support frameworks.
