Responsibilities

Invest in the growth and development of those around you through mentorship, hands on coaching, and a genuine commitment to building a strong, knowledgeable team. You will anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized, high touch fine dining experiences, execute tableside preparations with precision and showmanship, and uphold fine dining standards including coursed service, etiquette, and seamless team coordination. You will stay composed under pressure and guide team performance in real time.

Qualifications

Previous fine dining experience is required, along with wine and spirits certification or equivalent hands on experience. We are looking for someone with a strong leadership presence and a natural ability to mentor, develop, and inspire a team, a genuine guest first mentality, and clear, confident communication skills. A commitment to upholding El Gaucho Portland's standards and vision is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting at $75,000 annually, with growth potential based on experience. A background check will be conducted prior to extending an offer.
