In this position, you?ll travel to school districts, train teams on menu planning and compliance, and ensure school meal programs meet federal and state requirements. Whether you come from school nutrition or general foodservice, this is a chance to lead with purpose, educate teams, and make meals better for kids across the country.Position SummaryThis role provides training, coaching, and compliance support for school districts operating under managed food service programs. The position focuses on nutrition education, menu planning, and maintaining compliance with USDA and state regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and confident in presenting to diverse teams. Travel is required approximately 40?50% of the year.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training to teams at all levels on menu planning, nutrition, and complianceCreate user-friendly training materials, manuals, and handouts to support education initiativesStay current on federal, state, and company standards and ensure operational alignmentProvide menu development support and guidance as neededMaintain and update menu planning software and nutrition databasesCommunicate regulatory information and company standards to internal and external audiencesProvide hands-on support during Administrative Reviews and compliance assessmentsDevelop creative solutions to overcome challenges in operations and complianceCollaborate cross-functionally with departments to maintain best practicesTravel to school districts regularly to conduct training and site supportComplete other duties as assignedQualificationsExperience in school nutrition or foodservice strongly preferredBachelor?s degree in Nutrition or related field preferred (RDN highly desired)Strong training and presentation skillsKnowledge of federal and state child nutrition programs a plusAbility to travel up to 50% of the yearProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage own travel logisticsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in fast-paced environmentsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsMust be able to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours)Regular bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), reaching, and walking requiredTravel by car and plane as needed for onsite supportVarying environments including kitchens, offices, and school cafeteriasRequires independent work and flexibility in schedulingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Gender/Minority/Veterans/Disabled and participates with E-Verify Employment Eligibility Program
