This position plays a hands‑on leadership role, owning client accounting engagements end‑to‑end while coaching and developing junior team members.Key responsibilitiesLeading day‑to‑day accounting operations and month‑end close for a portfolio of clientsReviewing and directing the accurate and timely recording of financial transactionsManaging payroll processes and ensuring on‑time executionOverseeing completion of monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsEnsuring compliance with payroll, sales, and use tax reporting requirementsAdministering and maintaining charts of accounts and cloud‑based accounting platformsDesigning and monitoring internal controls to safeguard financial integrityDelivering complete and accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCreating financial analyses, KPIs, and operational reporting for clientsPreparing budgets and forecasts and maintaining them within financial systemsInterested in hearing more?
