Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, analyzing performance data to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring adherence to sales processes. The role involves engaging with advisors and stakeholders to improve sales strategies, developing performance reports, and collaborating across departments on marketing, technology, and operational initiatives.
Qualifications include a proven sales track record, experience managing teams, proficiency with CRM tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes. Preferred candidates have 5+ years sales experience, 3+ years managing others, and a background in finance or wealth management. A Series 65 license is a plus.
