Position Overview:
Reporting to the Onboarding Director, the Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, best practices, optimal revenue cycle results, and the overall account management of new clients through the onboarding process. There will be direct oversight of 4-7 clients. The Onboarding Manager is accountable for both client and employee satisfaction, KPI and other client performance results, and collaborating internally and externally to drive revenue cycle and reimbursement initiatives. As the main point of contact for clients in the onboarding process, this role is responsible for obtaining and communicating A/R trends, coordinating with other cross functional areas that impact or support RCM to ensure appropriate collaboration, such as ensuring all billing and payment processes are completed accurately and timely, and creating or maintaining client specific process and workflows. The Onboarding Manager will lead a team of A/R Specialists to ensure maximized collectability of services performed for the onboarding centers. Ensuring the system wide efficiency of operations, that internal policies and practices support the operational quality, efficiency, and compliance of all standard practices and provide oversight and employee development for direct reports. This role develops an environment and culture that embraces continuous improvement and innovation to ensure best practices are achieved in all areas of the revenue cycle.
