Client Operations Manager Direct Hire Position Overview The Client Operations Manager serves as the primary liaison between assigned client brands and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept through commercialization. This role is responsible for maintaining alignment across timelines, teams, and deliverables while supporting end-to-end cost management in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client brands and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Packaging, Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Drive project execution from concept through commercialization while maintaining alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Support operational excellence through relationship management, cost management, and project oversight.
Qualifications
5+ years of client facing, account management or project management experience.
Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Highly organized and decisive, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage 35 client accounts at varying stages of development.
Experience working directly with client stakeholders in a service-oriented environment.
Strong ability to balance client advocacy with internal project requirements.
Compensation
Base salary: $100,000$120,000.
Bonus opportunity available.
