As a Client Relationship Manager, you are a key branch leader responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience in a direct client facing capacity. You coordinate across teams, partner with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and successful execution of firm and regulatory initiatives.

You strengthen client relationships by resolving complex needs with empathy and professionalism, while using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations and support team collaboration. You also drive branch performance by coaching team members, reinforcing service excellence, and promoting accountability. What you have

The expertise you bring: • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and 63 license required • Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 9 and 10 license as it will be required during your tenure on the job • Relevant financial services or client-facing experience with 2+ years in a management or supervisory role preferred
