Job Summary

The Manager, Client Solutions Group is responsible for oversight of the Client Solutions Group, along with direct client coverage responsibilities of key clients across multiple sales channels. The Manager, Client Solutions Group, will oversee the completion of RFPs, DDQ's, RFI's and other questionnaires, third-party databases as well as ad hoc requests to support the needs of existing and prospective clients and internal teams.

The Manager, Client Solutions Group manages the content in questionnaires and databases, so it is accurate, compelling, and current and serves as spokesperson for the function, both internally and externally. The Manager, Client Solutions Group manages the workflow and day-to-day responsibilities of the team, setting performance goals and deadlines that adhere with the companies plan and vision. In addition to his/her responsibilities within the CSG team, the manager will have a subset of clients they are responsible for through direct client servicing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the client solutions group as a player-coach in coordinating and executing daily workflow activities, assigning projects, and ensuring timely and quality completion of all deliverables.
• Manages and oversees a pipeline of quarterly/monthly reoccurring request from clients.
• Coordinate with sales to assign client relationship coverage.
• Responsible for ensuring all content is reviewed for accuracy, consistency, grammar, wording and style. Ensure content is in compliance with applicable firm policies and industry regulations.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Marketing, Portfolio Team and Data Team to gather and maintain information pertaining to funds, strategies, and the firm.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Marketing, and business development group to continuously improve standard verbiage, write new content as needed, and maintain consistency with firm messaging.
• Work with the global distribution team to determine priority of RFPs, questionnaires, and database updates.
• Track and report team activity; provide success statistics upon request.
• Maintain departmental procedures and policies.
• Maintain quality control process for RFPs, questionnaires, and databases.
• Work with compliance department to ensure adherence to appropriate disclosure and compliance requirements.
• Maintain third party databases and vendor relationship.
• Manage business development team. Provide continual feedback, training, and provide input to formal performance evaluations annually.
• Perform other job duties assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of expertise in the financial services industry.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 required.
• Bachelor's degree is required; finance degree preferred.
• Proven ability to write accurately, concisely, and persuasively.
• Strong client service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of asset classes, investment products, vehicle and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
