Manages day-to-day business and clinical operations for assigned physicians. Assumes leadership responsibility for the supervision and support of administrative and clinical processes including training new staff members, coordinating physician schedules, conducting reviews, and managing inventory of medical and office supplies and vaccines. Provides and supports the highest level of patient care and customer service at all times and holds team members accountable for the same standards.
Education and Training
Associate’s degree in business or medical related discipline required.
Clinical designation required, CMA, LPN, RN or other.
Experience
Two (2) to four (4) years medical office/clinical experience.
One (1) to two (2) years leadership and/or management experience preferred.
Clinical leadership with multiple specialties and age groups preferred.

Full-time 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm, will need to travel to satellite office locations.
