Job Summary:
The Manager of Clinical Operations assists to oversees the daily clinical and operational functions of the FROG Care Clinic, ensuring high-quality service delivery, effective supervision, and compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards. This role integrates clinical leadership with operational systems, training implementation, and applied evaluation.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
Oversees day-to-day clinic operations to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery and compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards
Provides direction and leadership by demonstrating skills in clinical management, communicating the mission and shared vision of FROG Care Clinics initiatives, promoting teamwork among staff members, and conveying a clear commitment to clinical services for patients.
Oversees clinic's compliance with state licensure laws, HIPAA, and ethical standards. Ensures proper documentation, use of data systems, and audit processes.
Manages various logistics for clinical staff such as planning, scheduling, and organizing work, ensuring optimal caseload distribution, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and overseeing workflow systems.
Supervises multiple site supervisors to ensure consistency, quality, and fidelity across training experiences.
Supports proper use of crisis response protocols and risk management practices. Uses best judgement to anticipate and resolve problems as needed.
Collaborates with program leadership and individual team members to support the mission of the FROG Care Clinics through problem solving, program enhancement, and staff development.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
