US Heart and Vascular is needing a Clinical Services Manager to join our team at Pima Heart and Vascular in Tucson AZ
Position Summary
The Vein Center/Vascular Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and growth of the Vein Center. This position oversees daily clinic operations, clinical and administrative staff, patient experience, financial performance, provider support, and regulatory compliance. The manager partners with physicians and executive leadership to develop and implement strategies that improve patient access, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and revenue growth.
The Vein Center/Vascular Manager serves as the operational leader for all vein services, including consultation, vascular ultrasound, minimally invasive vein procedures, and post-procedure follow-up.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Direct the day-to-day operations of the Vein Center/Vascular across all clinic locations.
Develop and implement operational workflows that improve efficiency and patient throughput.
Ensure providers have the necessary clinical and administrative support to maintain productive clinic schedules.
Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and service line expansion.
