Job Summary
The Collections Manager oversees the company's customer collections operations with a focus on minimizing delinquencies, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This role manages a team responsible for collecting on both residential and commercial accounts for a home security subscription-based business, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Collections team, including supervisors, collectors, and support staff.
Set performance goals, KPIs, and incentive structures tied to collection effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve collection rates while protecting customer relationships.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Legal teams to ensure a unified approach to account management.

Licenses, Certifications, & Educational Requirements
All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.
Sales, Customer Service and/or Collections experience required
Education required GED/HS
Been employed at SafeStreets for a minimum of 2 years or previous management experience of at least 2 years preferred.
Compensation
SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay, if applicable, is defined in a separate compensation plan.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.
