You will support developing and measuring the full connections strategy across our clients' omnichannel commerce campaigns. This includes integrating retail partnerships, 3P commerce media, consumer promotions, and instore marketing. You will also ensure alignment with national media efforts. Working in partnership with business, strategy, creative and media leads, you will help ensure each campaign is fully integrated across all touchpoints of the shopper journey as well as measuring and reporting on its performance.ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementResponsible for gathering the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client deliveryUltimate oversight for all day to day Commerce budget and billing activity (pacing, Prisma management, draft billing, accuracy of budgets vs. strategy flowcharts)Familiarity working with shopper/retail media partners such as Neptune, InMarket, Ibotta, Checkout, or similar in store / offsite shopper platforms is a plusResponsible for presenting recommendations, soliciting feedback, and directing the Analyst(s) to apply client feedback to campaignsActively contribute to account strategy including annual budget development, KPIs, partner selection, new tactics, and tracking industry developmentsQA-ing all pre-launch campaign components prior to launch (dayparting, bids, budget, targeting parameters, correct creative)Development and recommendation of optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. new vendors, new targeting segments, new types of creative to test, new flighting strategy, test and learn agenda)Responsible for campaign reporting and developing strategic insights with clear actionable itemsLead client status and reporting calls including presentation of reportingLead client relationship with day-to-day contact and partner agencies (where applicable) by ensuring a seamless communication processResponsible for timely response to daily communication regarding campaign level inquiries (client, vendors, internal)Maintain professional, productive rapport with sales representatives/media vendorsDemonstrate creativity and agility when problem solving prior to elevation to DirectorPartner with Director to ensure that upcoming deliverables are being proactively addressedExperience managing RFPs, vendor communication, approvals, timelines, and in market executionDemonstrated ability to earn client trust through organization, responsiveness, and follow through:Confidently present plans, recommendations, and updatesProactively manage expectations, timelines, and risksTeam ManagementProvide direction to Analyst(s) on how to strategize new campaign across all Commerce tactics and platformsReview and package for delivery to client, including full QAServe as lead for training of new Analyst(s) and be a resource for ad hoc questionsWork closely with Analyst(s) to establish priorities and manage workloadProvide direction to Analyst(s) for purposes of campaign structure, budget, and targeting developmentResponsible for final QA before delivery to client and launchResponsible for Analyst(s) management of campaign budgets, pacing, and campaign adjustmentsQualifications3+ years of account management experience in online advertising with a focus on Direct Partnerships1+ years of demonstrated success in managing and leading peopleMastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysisKnowledge of statistical methods and testing methodology preferredIdeal candidates have worked with 3P partners including but not limited to; Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, AholdAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
