The primary purpose of this role is to maximize the profitability of selling the asphalt, sweet residual bottoms and slurry oils produced by the Commerce City refinery.  In order to accomplish that, the Manager must be familiar with the full range of asphalt markets, as well as the carbon black, roofing materials and heavy fuel oil markets.
