    Job Description

    Provides leadership and guidance to Clinical Systems application team. Responsible for establishing operational objectives, organizational structures and work assignments, ensuring proper alignment of projects to institutional goals, and delegating assignments to team members, matching resources with the required skill sets necessary to support both project initiatives and production support.

      

    Required Education and Experience
    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field. Minimum of eight (8) years related work experience, including at least five (5) years working with Cerner Millennium applications or comparable Electronic Medical Record. Minimum of three (3) years experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing the processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas. Experience support the standard project lifecycle.

    Preferred
    Experience in a pediatric or academic hospital setting. Experience with the agile project lifecycle.

    Compensation Range

    $142,991.00 - $214,487.00 per year

    Salary Information

    This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
