Manager Content Strategy (Remote)

The Manager Content Strategy is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Design, govern, and maintain the enterprise content taxonomy and metadata schema standards within Sitecore across all digital web, blog, and product platforms.
• Own the content-to-personalization mapping within Sitecore Personalize, defining targeting rules and audience segmentation in partnership with platform and engagement teams.
• Manage the intake triage and scoping process for digital product content requests, ensuring taxonomy and personalization requirements are integrated into content briefs during initial planning.
• Train and conduct ongoing audits of web and editorial teams on tagging standards, metadata governance, and lifecycle rules to maintain content quality and searchability.
• Collaborate with IT, SEO, and marketing stakeholders on CMS configuration, information architecture, and living content inventories to identify gaps and optimize organic discoverability.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Direct, hands-on experience designing and governing content taxonomies and metadata schemas within an enterprise CMS (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to translate editorial strategy into structured content models and governance frameworks that enable search, personalization, and AI workflows downstream.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated track record of building governance documentation and operational processes autonomously.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore or equivalent CMS preferred.
• Background in UX, information architecture or content design is a plus.
• Health system or regulated industry experience is preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $36.00 - $54.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
