Department FA - Corporate Financial Planning and AnalysisCity/State Tarrytown, New YorkGrant Funded NoWork Shift DayWork Days MON-FRIScheduled Hours 8:30 AM-5 PMScheduled Daily Hours 7.5 HOURSPay Range $128,000.00-$160,000.00The Corporate Capital Manager plays a central role in overseeing enterprise-wide capital planning, governance, and system administration across Montefiore Health System. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment of the capital portfolio—bridging financial oversight, system management, and operational execution of capital processes.Reporting to the Assistant Director Corporate Budget, the Corporate Capital Manager leads the coordination of the annual capital planning process, ongoing capital tracking, and lifecycle management of capital investments. This individual serves as the system steward for the capital planning platform (e.g., Strata Capital Management), while also providing senior leadership with clear, actionable insights into capital deployment, performance, and funding strategies.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required5–7+ years of experience in capital planning, financial planning & analysis, or healthcare financeExperience within a complex, multi-entity healthcare system strongly preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, data manipulation, scenario analysis)Experience with capital planning or financial systems (e.g., Strata Capital Management)Strong understanding of capital budgeting methodologies, project lifecycle management, and funding structuresStrong understanding of ERP and source systems integration, including financial, HR, and operational data from systems such as Infor, Workday, and Epic.Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations that translate complex financial information into actionable insights.Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.Experience maintaining system configurations, dimensions, hierarchies, mappings, and metadata to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.Ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple systems and identify opportunities for process automation and reporting enhancements.Familiarity with data governance principles, system security administration, workflow management, and user access controls.Knowledge of database concepts, data structures, and ETL processes is preferred.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize complex capital data into meaningful insightsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to operate independently in a deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadershipProcess-oriented mindset with focus on governance, standardization, and continuous improvementKey Success FactorsAbility to integrate financial oversight with system expertise and capital governanceStrong ownership of capital data integrity, process execution, and reporting accuracyEffective coordination across a highly matrixed organizationConsistent delivery of clear, actionable capital insights to executive leadershipMontefiore Health System, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer.
