Manager, Corporate & Community Education

Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Manager, Corporate & Community Education to join our  team. This position provides strategic, operational, and fiscal leadership for Florida SouthWestern State College's noncredit continuing education portfolio, including corporate training, workforce development, community education, professional development, test preparation, camps, seminars, and micro-credential offerings. The Manager is responsible for growing revenue, improving net contribution, monitoring program performance, and ensuring that Continuing Education operates as a self-supporting, high-quality, market-responsive unit that aligns with regional workforce and community needs. This role functions with a strong business and service orientation and is accountable for developing sustainable revenue streams, identifying underperforming offerings, and implementing systems that provide clear visibility into program-level financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in business, education, leadership, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time work experience in business, corporate training, continuing education, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in budget oversight, operational planning, revenue tracking, financial analysis, or program performance management.
• Ability to travel independently within the College’s five-county service district.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders.

Salary: $63,652.62
