At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

As a Manager on the Compliance Reporting and Governance (CORE) team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling senior leaders to understand and act on compliance risk across the enterprise. In this highly visible role, you'll translate complex risk data into clear, decision-ready insights that shape discussions at the executive and Board level. You will contribute to the evolution of enterprise reporting by helping design and enhance frameworks, metrics, and governance standards that elevate transparency and consistency. By partnering across Compliance, Legal, Corporate Risk Management, and other second-line functions, you will guide stakeholders in delivering high-quality, timely inputs while providing thoughtful challenge that strengthens overall reporting outcomes. Your ability to connect data, regulatory context, and business impact will help ensure risks are clearly understood across business lines, legal entities, and jurisdictions.

In addition, you will support the preparation of executive-level materials for senior leadership and key risk committees, contributing to discussions that shape compliance strategy and program effectiveness. Leveraging data analysis and visualization tools, you will help develop forward-looking indicators that improve oversight and enable proactive risk management. Through collaboration, influence, and adaptability, you will help advance the firm's compliance reporting capabilities and reinforce a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
