Job Description:

Directs the compilation and edits of project documentation, including issues/risks and action item logs. Actively participates in each stage of a transaction’s life cycle to understand strategic imperatives and risks. Voices questions and concerns about impacts between stages of the same transaction or between competing transactions. Partners with cross-functional peers and project managers to monitor Corporate Development activities. Manages updates to the Corporate Development playbook to reflect changes in process and best practice learnings. Fosters positive working relationships and open communication across all Corporate Development activity teams and stakeholders. Identifies opportunities to improve processes throughout projects and applies lessons learned to future initiatives. Partners with Organizational Integration to ensure smooth execution of target integration plans. Directs the coordination of target integration command center at go-live. Collaborates with team leaders responsible for resolving integration issues. Oversees the process and maintenance of the Brand Crosswalk and associated governance committee. Other duties as assigned. Leads the execution of transactions and department projects to ensure successful outcomes. Oversees project management personnel to ensure resource requirements meet business objectives. Manages multiple competing Corporate Development activities to minimize negative impact on facilities, resources, and timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies [Required]
• Experience crafting executive-level communications and presentations [Required]
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio [Required]
• Ability to solve complex practical problems [Required]
• Ability to drive diverse viewpoints to consensus [Required]
• Process development and analysis experience [Required]
• Flexibility to adapt to competing/changing priorities, requirements, and procedures [Required]
• Capable of understanding organizational traits and strategically applying those skills to work with all levels of the organization [Required]
• Ability to direct and coordinate remote and local resources and logistics[Required]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• or higher

Work Experience:

• 5+ healthcare setting with progressive responsibilities in management and senior level leadership [Preferred]
• 5+ working on and/or managing project teams [Required]
• As a Team Lead or equivalent responsibilities as a project resource [Required]
• Continuing education and / or experience in Project Management, Organization Change Management, or Consulting [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$83,699.48 - $155,693.55
