Job ID: 519959Job SummaryCRH Americas Building Products is looking to identify a Manager – Corporate Development who will support the VP of Corporate Development on acquisition strategy, execution, and other key projects. The role will collaborate with Region Presidents, business unit leaders, and senior leadership across the company on acquisition opportunities and with Strategy & Development colleagues at CRH Americas, CRH Group and CRH Americas Materials to ensure alignment on key processes and promote best practices.Job LocationThis role is based at our corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work schedule.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with the acquisition (M&A) process including market and business assessments, due diligence, valuation and modeling, contract negotiation, and post‑closing issue tracking.Analyze market reports and company information to assess potential acquisition opportunities.Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate businesses.Draft proposals, presentations, and other deliverables for senior leadership in support of acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives.Lead due diligence processes, coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Prepare ad‑hoc research for the VP of Corporate Development, President, and other members of the management team.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree required.3+ years of relevant experience, with some corporate development, consulting, investment banking or private equity experience highly preferred.Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, financial modeling, risk assessment, and the ability to close deals.Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders.Comfortable and flexible to operate in ambiguous environments.High learning agility and drive to achieve.Ability to travel approximately 25%.BenefitsHighly competitive base pay.Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs.Group retirement savings program.Health and wellness programs.An inclusive culture that values opportunities for growth, development, and internal promotion.Equal Opportunity EmployerCRH is an equal opportunity employer.
