The Manager of Corporate Shared Services is responsible for managing the delivery of operational services to MISTRAS organization's business units. This includes overseeing Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, and the Per Diem Program. This role also collaborates with the Procurement Departmentin the administration and set up of the overall Procure to Pay cycle (P2P). The Director oversees the management of vendor/supplier invoices, employee travel and expense reimbursements, and the per diem program, while also working with the procurement department to ensure efficient and compliant spending in alignment with organizational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day operations of shared support services in Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense and Per Diem, ensuring that all agreed-upon service levels are met.
