Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for HR business analysis, HR data management, Dynamics 365 administration, and financial systems support.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations for the team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the day-to-day management, stability, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365, HR data, and financial system integrations
  • Serve as a trusted partner to HR, HRIS, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions
  • Guide business analysis efforts, including process mapping, gap analysis, requirements documentation, and solution validation
  • Establish and maintain governance practices for system changes, data integrity, access controls, and compliance requirements
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field with 6 plus years of related experience supporting enterprise HR and/or financial systems and 3 plus years leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in finance, procurement, or related modules.
  • Exposure to financial planning, forecasting, or analytics platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of data and integration solutions using data lakes, data warehouses, ETL, APIs, and PowerBI reporting.

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience with AI and automation toolsets
