The Manager, Cybersecurity oversees daily cybersecurity operations within the IT department, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to a diverse team of analysts and student workers.
Responsibilities include maintaining cybersecurity policies, expanding governance, risk, and compliance programs, enhancing security awareness, managing security monitoring and incident response, and supporting the security architecture of technology platforms.
Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, 5-8 years of cybersecurity experience, supervisory skills, with preferred qualifications of a master’s degree and 8-10 years of experience.
