Role Summary
The Manager, Demand Generation is a hands-on leader responsible for management of inbound lead process and executing integrated demand generation programs that support sales, marketing and business priorities. This role ensures inbound and demand activity results in actionable pipeline, maintains visibility into performance, and continuously improves conversion from demand to revenue.
The Manager partners closely with leaders, CREs, Marketing, and Solution teams to execute high-impact programs with discipline, speed, and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead management & Pipeline Enablement
Manage the inbound lead process end-to-end, including intake, qualification, prioritization, assignment, and progression of qualified opportunities through established service-level expectations.
Coordinate engagement with leaders while ensuring timely acceptance, preparation, and participation
Drive rapid client engagement and meeting execution, facilitating outreach, scheduling, briefing materials, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through to achieve target response and meeting timelines.
Maintain process governance, reporting, and pipeline integrity, ensuring CRM records, opportunity data, activity tracking, action items, and status updates are complete, accurate, and current while monitoring adherence to lead management SLAs and escalation requirements.

The base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $181,440. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton's discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.
