We have rapidly grown to over $1 billion in annual revenue and we're just getting started!About the Role Zoro is seeking a Manager of Analytics & Insights to support how we measure, evaluate, and optimize the digital merchandising experience. This role will focus on analyzing performance across the customer funnel—from traffic and conversion to basket size—and translating data into actionable insights that improve the customer experience and drive business outcomes.You'll play a key role in enabling a data‑driven, test‑and‑learn culture by identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and supporting decision‑making. You'll partner closely with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to ensure insights are clear, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.What You'll Do Analyze performance across Digital Merchandising, including traffic, conversion, AOV, and key business metricsContribute to KPI development, reporting frameworks, and measurement approachesMonitor performance and proactively detect anomalies, investigating root causes and summarizing findingsIdentify and support sizing of opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business impactSupport regular performance reviews by synthesizing trends, tracking results against goals, and contributing to reporting materialsPrepare inputs and analysis for executive reporting, helping to translate data into clear insights and recommendationsConduct customer insight and journey analysis, including: Friction mapping to highlight areas of customer difficultyFunnel analysis to identify drop‑off points and performance trendsExperience gap identification across the shopping journeySegment behavior analysis to uncover differences in how customers shopRepeat purchase behavior and retention trend analysisPartner with Merchandising to support test design and measurement, including analyzing results and delivering clear readoutsTranslate data into structured insights and actionable recommendations to support decision‑makingCollaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on data, reporting, and insightsWho You Are Strong analytical thinker who can connect data to business questionsClear communicator who can present insights in a structured and understandable wayCollaborative and comfortable working with cross‑functional partnersCurious and proactive, with a focus on identifying opportunities through dataAble to operate in a fast‑paced environment with evolving prioritiesWhat You Bring 5–7 years of experience in analytics, insights, or a related fieldExperience analyzing eCommerce or digital funnel performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.)Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendationsExperience supporting performance reviews and reportingFamiliarity with experimentation and test‑and‑learn methodologiesProficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, etc.)Total Rewards Zoro's total compensation plan includes our Zoro Incentive Plan (ZIP) that is designed to foster and reward our team members for strong performance.
