Seeking a Manager, DSD Logistics to lead and manage profit and loss for the Direct Store Delivery operations.
Responsibilities include
- developing and executing local logistics strategies,
- partnering with sales, retail, and logistics teams,
- leading a high-performing team,
- overseeing warehouse, delivery, and transportation operations,
- ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards,
- driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma,
- and
- monitoring KPIs to optimize service, costs, and safety.
Ideal candidates have - 8+ years of logistics experience,
- 2+ years of management experience,
- strong operational, financial, and leadership skills,
- and are proficient in SAP and supply chain processes.
