The Manager - Dual Enrollment & Graduation provides districtwide coordination and implementation support for centralized graduation, dual enrollment and on-track to graduation initiatives, with a specific focus on 10th Grade On Track to Graduation (OTG) supports. This role ensures alignment of student monitoring systems, promotion strategies, and graduation readiness efforts across secondary schools. This position is part of a strategic restructuring to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, while preserving essential functions and aligning responsibilities to existing role expectations.

In accordance with Maryland law, City School is required to share the position salary ranges in its entirety. Please note, this is not the hiring range. The hiring range for this position is ($94,030-$123,615).
