What are we looking for?
The Manager - Extractable/Leachables is responsible for developing and launching complex and strategic initiatives. Technical innovation specific to extractable and leachable is expected to retain and expand stakeholder relationships for one or more divisions and solicit new business from prospective customers.
This position will travel at least 15% of the time.
Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage or salary range for this position is $180,000-190,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. This position is bonus eligible.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
10 years minimum technical experience including education in extractable and leachable industries
Areas of expertise:
Pharmaceutical packaging extractable and leachables
Biocompatibility
Chemical Characterization (including biodegradable)
PERLs (Process equipment related leachables)
Single use systems
Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing a matrix organization, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
Experience in working on novel projects and proven ability to bring ideas from conception to completion.
Experience in showing commercial sense, contract structuring and negotiation, and business strategy development.
Proven experience in helping other people turn their ideas into reality; work with multiple fluid team structures which requires trust and integrity
Be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on change
