We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.Our organization values diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment that supports and celebrates all of our team members.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the needs of ManufacturingProviding alternate parts definition and control as requiredCreating an MRB Team and all necessary supporting documentationSupport technical Design Reviews of Electrical Wiring systemsMentor, train, and develop engineers in the Electrical Wiring teamReview and approve documentation such as test reports, BOMs, Drawings, etcUse your knowledge of industry standard components to select optimal parts to suit specific design applications and requirements.Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639)Qualifications10-years proven track record of leading multi-disciplined Electrical Harness Design teams in development and sustaining aircraft efforts, including team performance reviews, supporting teams technical growth, succession planning.Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field.Knowledgeable of and supporting the needs and requirements of an Electrical Harness Fabrication facility.Strong understanding of the 2D / 3D Design Tool sets and how they communicate with one another.Knowledge of the following tool sets: Mentor Graphics Capital & NX or similar drafting architectures.Knowledgeable of and supporting Electrical Harness Certification Requirements.Proficient in building and supporting corporate schedules, budgets, staffing requirements, and providing detailed updates to senior leadership.CompensationBase pay ranging from $172,800 to $216,000, with additional performance-based rewards.
