This role is responsible for audience segmentation, campaign management, performance monitoring, and daily email execution using the Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation platform. The Manager will work collaboratively across the Marketing, Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Stadium Events, Community Impact, and Public Relations departments to ensure delivery of efficient and effective integrated campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn email marketing strategy and execution across revenue, service, promotional, editorial, event, and lifecycle campaignsManage Oracle Eloqua campaign builds, audience segmentation, dynamic content, custom HTML builds, forms, landing pages, automated programs, QA, deployment, and performance monitoringMaintain email governance standards, including subscription management, deliverability, suppression logic, consent compliance, and quality assurance processesPartner with Ticket Sales, Ticket Services, Corporate Partnerships, Stadium Events, and Marketing to support ticketing, retention, sponsorship, event promotion, and fan engagement initiativesLead recurring email programs, including newsletters, Know Before You Go communications, nurture campaigns, renewal campaigns, and special event communicationsDevelop audience segmentation strategies using CRM, ticketing, behavioral, demographic, and engagement dataSupport database growth, list hygiene, re‑engagement, lead generation, and audience development efforts across Titans and Nissan Stadium brandsBuild and optimize automated fan journeys, onboarding programs, nurture campaigns, renewal flows, and other lifecycle communicationsEstablish tracking and reporting standards to measure campaign performance, engagement, conversions, and revenue attributionAnalyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure communications are accurate, on‑brand, accessible, mobile‑responsive, and aligned with campaign objectivesManage cross‑functional email requests, balancing priorities, timelines, audience considerations, and organizational needsStay current on email marketing, marketing automation, privacy, deliverability, personalization, and digital engagement best practicesQualifications – What you'll bringBachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies3–5 years of professional experience in email and digital marketing, including launching, managing, and monitoring consumer‑facing campaignsDeep knowledge and hands‑on experience with an advanced email marketing platformGenuine interest in and commitment to serving internal and external partners as a core part of the rolePreferredExperience with Oracle Eloqua or similar marketing automation platformProficiency in HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign)Extensive background in outbound campaign development and optimization, with a strong understanding of performance metrics, best practices, and digital trendsExperience developing audience segments and implementing automation strategiesCollaborative working style with strong project management and organizational skillsDetail‑oriented with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn and master new softwarePassion for sports, digital marketing, and technologyCore CompetenciesCollaboration: Builds strong cross‑departmental relationships and works effectively with teams across Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, Creative, and other business units to achieve shared goals.
