The Manager of Employee Well-Being Services leads the strategy, development, and delivery of comprehensive, organization-wide well-being initiatives that support a healthy, engaged workforce. This role provides oversight of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, Wellness Teams, and UC Health's wellness plans, ensuring effective program administration, clear employee communication, and high-quality service. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, the Manager fosters a culture of awareness, engagement, and personal accountability that positively impacts employee health.
