This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.As a Manager of Employer Brand Communications you'll play a key role in shaping Spectrum's external reputation as a great place to work. This position is responsible for developing compelling content across digital channels that showcases our culture, the experiences of our employees and marketing open positions to attract top talent and strengthen our reputation as an employer of choice.Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, HR functions and hiring managers across the business, this role will create and execute content strategies that engage external audiences, support recruiting initiatives and elevate employee voices across platforms.Employer Brand Content Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a monthly content calendar of blog/social media posts aligned to recruiting priorities, business objectives and unique employee stories.Create engaging content across social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging channels.Ensure content produced across channels supports AEO/SEO optimization.Monitor content performance and recommend optimizations based on audience engagement and recruiting outcomes using Google Analytics, social metrics and other data sources.Stay informed on employer branding, social media, talent attraction and content marketing best practices.Content Creation & StorytellingResearch, write and publish 3-6 blogs each month, interviewing employees as needed and aligning internal stakeholders prior to publishing.Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover and develop authentic employee, leadership and community impact stories.Ensure all content reflects brand standards, tone/messaging framework and talent attraction goals.Recruitment Marketing SupportProvide copywriting support for recruitment marketing campaigns, including:Paid social and digital advertisementsJob campaign messagingRadio and audio advertising scriptsCareer site contentTalent community communicationsRecruiting event materialsCollaborate with Recruitment Marketing/Talent Acquisition partners to develop messaging that resonates with target talent audiences.Social Advocacy & Thought LeadershipRecommend and develop social content ideas for executives and business leaders.Create tools, templates and content resources that enable recruiters and employees to share content through their personal social channels.Project ManagementLead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality communication materials.Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Marketing, HR, and business leaders to align employer brand content with enterprise priorities.Collaborate with creative/design teams to produce high-quality recruitment marketing materials.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience developing and managing content calendars and multi-channel content campaigns.Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance measurement.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrategic storyteller who can translate our employee experience into compelling content.Thrives on collaboration and teamwork while also being able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills across digital and social channels.Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.EducationBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English or a related field is required.Related Work Experience5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, employer branding, recruitment marketing or a related discipline.WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment with hybrid option.Travel as required.EOE Race/Sex/Vet/DisabilityCharter is an equal opportunity employer that complies with the laws and regulations set forth in the following EEO Is the Law poster: our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
