Engineering Transformation Manager leads a team responsible for transforming process, and tools used in engineering development, validation, and quality. This role is accountable for delivering scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cycle time across engineering organizations.
The manager bridges technology, engineering execution, and ensuring that solutions are not only technically effective but also quality standards.
What You Will Do:
What You Will Have:
10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or engineering tools, with hands-on AI/ML application experience.
3+ years of experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
Deep understanding of product development tools and process, large dataset management.
Experience leading AI transformation initiatives in validation, quality, or engineering domains.
Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into business value and operational outcomes.

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $240,110.00
