Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Data Domain Modeling, to lead enterprise semantic standards, canonical information models, and domain architecture across Deloitte's Global Data Platform.

Strong preference for candidates with deep SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Salesforce expertise and experience establishing enterprise canonical data models spanning ERP, CRM, MDM, and analytics platforms.

The role will work closely with Platform Architecture, Data Product Pods, and Domain Stakeholders to ensure data consistency and alignment across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional working sessions with business, technology, and data stakeholders to establish enterprise-wide semantic standards and domain model governance.
• Own enterprise semantic standards, canonical information models, and domain governance decisions across assigned data domains.
• Define and maintain canonical data models for assigned domain(s)
• Establish standard entity definitions, relationships, and domain boundaries
• Create and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries
• Partner with data product pods to ensure alignment with domain models
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and quality standards
• Resolve cross-system data conflicts and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with platform and engineering architects to ensure implementation alignment
• Develop logical data models at the entity and relationship level
• Maintain centralized documentation and identify gaps for remediation

• At least 8 years of strong experience in logical data modeling and domain-driven design
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Salesforce data models, business processes, and information architecture, including experience reconciling business definitions across multiple systems of record.

  Qualifications

  Required Skills & Experience
  

  • At least 8 years of strong experience in logical data modeling and domain-driven design
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or Salesforce data models, business processes, and information architecture, including experience reconciling business definitions across multiple systems of record.
  • Experience establishing enterprise canonical models, business semantics, data standards, or data governance frameworks.
  • Experience with data governance, business glossaries, and metadata management
  • Ability to resolve conflicting data definitions across distributed environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience operating in large, global, multi-domain organizations with complex ERP, CRM, and master data ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders without direct authority.
  Required Domain Expertise
  Candidates should possess deep expertise in one or more strategic enterprise platforms, including:
  
  • SAP S/4 Hana Finance: General Ledger, Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Enterprise Structures, Master Data, and Finance business processes.
  • Salesforce: Account, Opportunity, Pipeline, Relationship Management, Customer Master Data, and Customer 360 data models.
  • Experience defining canonical models and semantic standards across SAP, Salesforce, MDM, and downstream analytics platforms.
  Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Databricks or modern data platforms
