Provide leadership and management of the Environmental Services and Laundry & Linen Departments for Providence Holy Family Hospital and Providence St. Luke''s Rehabilitation Medical Center. Responsibilities will include budgeting, expenditures, staffing, scheduling, quality of service, training, and staff development. Oversees linen distribution operations and the contracted linen services provided. Manages the linen inventory needed to meet system requirements. Responsible for recruiting and candidate selection and ensures adequate staffing. Ensures that caregivers are properly trained, the work environment is safe and that equipment is properly maintained to meet the needs. Responsible for monitoring and resolving service related issues with all customers by serving as the liaison between ministries and the contracted linen services. Facilitates operational improvement to enhance patient care and ensure fiscal stewardship.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent education/experience
  • 3 years of industry specific and hospital-based experience
  • 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience within Laundry & Linen operations

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
