The Manager, Facilities Data & Technology Analytics provides strategic and operational leadership for the Facilities Data and Technology Analytics function, with direct responsibility for managing staff, systems, and enterprise-wide data initiatives that support Facilities Design & Construction, Facilities Operations, and Space Management. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for facilities-related data analytics, system administration, and technology enablement, ensuring solutions are aligned with organizational priorities and operational needs. The Manager is accountable for developing and executing the Facilities Data and Technology Road Map, including enterprise asset management strategy, analytics modernization, and the application of advanced technologies such as AI-enabled insights and digital visualization. This role ensures facilities data is reliable, governed, and leveraged effectively to support decision-making across capital planning, asset management, space utilization, and operational performance. Reporting to the Director of Facilities Digital Optimization, the Manager collaborates closely with Facilities leadership, IT, Finance, and external partners to align platforms, analytics, and technology investments with long-term institutional strategy. This position plays a central role in advancing data maturity, fostering innovation, and enabling enterprise-scale visibility into facilities performance and assets. The Facilities Data and Technology manager reports to the Director of Facilities Digital Optimization.

  • 1. People Leadership & Team Management
    • 1.1 Provide direct supervision, coaching, performance management, and professional development for the Facilities Data & Technology Analytics team.
  • 2. Enterprise Asset Management & Systems Oversight
    • 2.1 Lead the enterprise asset management strategy across facilities systems, ensuring accurate, complete, and sustainable asset data throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • 3. Data & Technology Road Map
    • 3.1 Develop, maintain, and execute a multi-year Facilities Data & Technology Road Map aligned with Facilities strategy, capital planning, and enterprise digital initiatives.
  • 4. AI Vision & Advanced Analytics
    • 4.1 Define and advance an AI vision for facilities data, including predictive analytics, asset condition monitoring, space utilization forecasting, and decision-support tools.
  • 5. Technology & Data Operations
    • 5.1 Provide accountability for the configuration, performance, and continuous improvement of facilities technology platforms, including: oProject Management Information Systems (PMIS) oComputerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) oSpace Management and utilization platforms
  • 6. Data Governance & Analytics
    • 6.1 Establish and enforce enterprise-ready data governance, quality standards, and stewardship models across all facilities data domains.
  • 7. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • 7.1 Serve as the primary point of accountability for facilities data and technology vendors, including contract performance and alignment with institutional standards.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION


Bachelor?s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred. PMP Certification preferred.


EXPERIENCE


Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in facilities data, technology, analytics, or a related operational environment. At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience, including responsibility for staff performance, development, and workload management. Experience supporting healthcare, facilities, construction, or asset-intensive environments strongly preferred. An advanced degree may substitute for a portion of the required experience.


SPECIAL SKILLS


Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and well versed in Internet research and navigation. Ability to draft and distribute high level communications to the department, delivery network, health system, and external entities.


PHYSICAL DEMAND


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. They are also required to stand and walk. They must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
