FS Cut & Color is seeking an experienced, motivated Salon Manager to lead our busy, high-performing salon in Franklin, TN. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about team development and salon success.

 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage day-to-day salon operations

• Motivate, coach, and develop a team of talented stylists

• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and performance management

• Ensure outstanding customer service and salon cleanliness

• Manage inventory, supplies, and payroll coordination

• Implement promotions and marketing strategies

• Build and retain a strong, loyal customer base

 What We’re Looking For:

• 10 + years of salon experience, with 3 + years in a leadership or management role

• Valid Tennessee Cosmetology License (Required)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage a team and drive business results

• Knowledge of salon operations, retail, and customer service
