Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Field Service Technician, located in our Denver, CO facility!
This position is responsible for directing and scheduling the troubleshooting & repairing of mechanical and electrical systems on commercial equipment including, floor machines, sweepers, scrubbers, & buffers.
Deadline to Apply: August 12th, 2026
Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000
You will:
Manage the service technician team and oversee daily operations of the service department.
Maintain responsibility for the department's P&L
Develop and maintain equipment preventive maintenance (PM) schedules; ensure all PM and work order documentation is completed and electronically filed
Maintain accurate service records, log completed service orders, and submit documentation for billing
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, equipment manufacturers, and parts suppliers
Coordinate warranty and returned parts processes, including obtaining RGA numbers, logging claims, and arranging packing and shipping with internal contacts
Coordinate the receipt, slotting, and storage of inventory for stock and special orders; prepare and maintain purchase orders
Obtain parts pricing and availability from vendors.
Organize and maintain vendor equipment files and service manuals; provide manuals to customers as requested.
Receive and process customer service requests by phone, fax, and email for scheduling across all Imperial branches.
You have:
High School Diploma, GED, or Technical Program Certificate required
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, establish objectives and goals, and develop action plans to meet or exceed customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
