Title: Manager, Finance Systems
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $90-110/hour

The Enterprise Systems organization is responsible for the architecture, governance and administrationof all SaaS applications and data sets that power our teams (Finance and People).We're looking to hire an experienced Finance Systems Manager. You'll lead our small Finance Systems team and own all systems and data engineering for our Finance Systems and Processes Portfolio.
 
The focus is on running it well day to day.  This is a hands-on, player-coach role. Most of your time will be spent working directly in NetSuite (administration and configuration) and keeping day-to-day operations running; leading the team of three
(two in the US, one in Europe) is a smaller but important part of the job.
 
You'll also play a key part in a recent acquisition, including delivering the data feeds out of NetSuite that Salesforce will need in the months ahead.
 
They have a modern Finance Systems stack that includes NetSuite, ARM, Zip, Pigment, Tesorio, CaptivateIQ, Avalara, Expensify, and Workiva.
 
Responsibilities:

• Own the operations and technical direction of our Finance systems portfolio, with NetSuite at its core
• Work with stakeholders in Accounting and Finance to ensure systems reliability and support during critical cycles, including month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, reporting and audits
• Streamline and manage support queues that provide global end user support and training on daily operations and end-of-quarter close operations
• Lead a small team of three
• Support acquisition-related work with Salesforce, including building and maintaining data feeds out of NetSuite
• Partner with leaders in our Accounting and Finance organizations to design and evolve our Finance systems architecture and processes
• Work with peer leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to manage quarterly roadmaps and project backlog prioritization, driving automation and scaling
• Design and implement scalable systems solutions to support fast-paced GTM initiatives and evolving business needs
• Build and maintain system configurations, integrations, and complex modules, supplemented by custom scripting solutions to extend platform capability
• Create and update policies, standards, and procedures

 
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to work autonomously and get up to speed quickly
• Deep Finance systems and data quality management experience, with a track record of managing the day-to-day technical operations of fast-growing stakeholder organizations
• Hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience
• Experienced with Zip (including procure-to-pay processes) and other leading Finance SaaS platforms
• Strong Finance process business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading a small team and setting clear expectations
• Strong problem solving and technical skills, with experience architecting complex solutions
• Experience working with applications such as Stripe, Snowflake and Salesforce, including building data feeds between NetSuite and Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Workday (administration and/or development)
• Deep understanding of the Finance and People processes and supporting technology
