As a Manager, Finance supporting Wealth Advisory, you will help turn complex financial data into clear insights that guide business decisions, strategy, and long-term client impact. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance leaders and Wealth Advisory stakeholders to support revenue forecasting, reporting, business analysis, and financial modeling tied to managed investing offers, net flows, advice fee revenue, product performance, and growth opportunities.

This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to analyze trends, solve problems, communicate clearly, and influence decisions will directly support leaders who are shaping the future of Schwab's wealth solutions. You'll contribute to monthly, quarterly, annual, and multi-year forecasting processes; assess financial impacts of strategic options; strengthen reporting and data collection practices; and help modernize how the team delivers timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Success in this role will come from balancing technical finance expertise with curiosity, adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the business.

What you have

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, financial reporting, or closely related finance work
  • Experience translating complex financial data into insights that support forecasting, planning, and business decision-making
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes through analysis, recommendations, and clear communication
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to structure analysis, work with complex data, and support financial modeling
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to support executive-level reporting, storytelling, and decision support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver accurate work under deadlines, and adapt as business needs evolve

Preferred qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, asset management, or investment-related business areas
  • Experience in FP&A, embedded finance, or finance business partner roles
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, product performance analysis, business cases, or multi-year financial planning
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights clearly to senior audiences
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities across reporting, forecasting, data collection, and analysis
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across Finance, business leadership, and cross-functional partners

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
