Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Operations Programs is responsible for the oversight, governance, and optimization of the Shared Services Financial Operations portfolio, including the SupplementalLabor Program and Travel & Expense Programs (One Card and Storm Logistics Card).
This role provides strategic leadership across the full program lifecycle, ensuring programs align with organizational objectives while delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, customer experience, cost savings, compliance, and risk mitigation.
As the leader responsible for these enterprise programs, the Manager oversees program strategy, governance, performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role is also accountable for designing, documenting, implementing, and testing internal controls that mitigate operational, financial, compliance, and fraud risks.
Reporting to the Director, Finance Operations, this position serves as a key leader within the Finance Operations organization, developing high-performing teams while driving innovation and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
