Expected pay for this position is $46.05 - $61.02/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager of Finance provides day-to-day leadership for the Finance team. Influences and supports driving business performance within OSF operating units. Partners with various levels of leadership in driving successful finanacial performance. Leverages financial planning & analysis, health analytics, and other resources in support of achieving enity and regional performance targets.
Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field
Experience: 5 years of work experience in healthcare business administration, hospital operations, or finance and accounting
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's level coursework
Experience:
Licensure/Certifications: CPA, CMA, CHFP, or PMP certification
Other Skills/Knowledge: Experience with database and decision support systems
