What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, 3-statement forecasting, and annual operating planning for a major business unit
- Track performance against budget via monthly forecast updates and present findings to senior leadership
- Build board-level and investor presentations that tell a clear, compelling financial story
- Partner directly with the General Manager and leadership team to translate numbers into actionable strategy
- Manage and develop a direct report — your first real seat at the leadership table
- Redesign and improve forecasting models and financial processes from the ground up
- Partner with accounting to run a tight, reliable monthly close process
- Collaborate across finance and cross-functional teams to provide economic analysis on strategic decisions
Who You Are
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in a high-volume, multi-business-line environment
- Comes from a modeling-heavy foundation, such as investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical training that makes complex financial problems second nature
- Builds models from scratch with confidence; comfortable across a range of valuation frameworks and return analyses
- Sharp communicator; equally at home in front of executivesm and a cross-functional working session
- High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and low ego
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective executive-level presentations
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 (based on experience and location)
Additional: Eligible for bonus
