The Opportunity

This isn't your average finance role tucked away in the back office. You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving consumer business that's scaled fast, built a loyal following, and isn't done growing. You'll own the numbers that drive nine-figure decisions, mentor your own team, work with the CFO daily, and brief the C-suite regularly.

Fresh out of investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup? This is how you 10x your trajectory. You'll gain the kind of cross-functional strategy exposure that normally takes a decade to find working directly alongside industry leaders who are redefining their category. This role will set you apart from the competition.

What You'll Own

  • Lead end-to-end budgeting, 3-statement forecasting, and annual operating planning for a major business unit
  • Track performance against budget via monthly forecast updates and present findings to senior leadership
  • Build board-level and investor presentations that tell a clear, compelling financial story
  • Partner directly with the General Manager and leadership team to translate numbers into actionable strategy
  • Manage and develop a direct report — your first real seat at the leadership table
  • Redesign and improve forecasting models and financial processes from the ground up
  • Partner with accounting to run a tight, reliable monthly close process
  • Collaborate across finance and cross-functional teams to provide economic analysis on strategic decisions

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience in a high-volume, multi-business-line environment
  • Comes from a modeling-heavy foundation, such as investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical training that makes complex financial problems second nature
  • Builds models from scratch with confidence; comfortable across a range of valuation frameworks and return analyses
  • Sharp communicator; equally at home in front of executivesm and a cross-functional working session
  • High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and low ego
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective executive-level presentations

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $145,000 – $165,000 (based on experience and location)

Additional: Eligible for bonus
