Responsibilities
The Manager, Financial Accounting & Analysis is responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the Company's general ledger across a multi-entity environment. This role leads the balance sheet reconciliation function, drives root cause analysis of financial discrepancies, and implements process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and multi-entity environments.
Prior experience leading or supervising accounting teams preferred
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting in a multi-entity environment
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of complex issues
Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong understanding of accounting systems and ERP platforms (experience with D365 preferred)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across accounting, operations, and leadership teams
Ability to drive process improvements and enforce standards
The expected pay range for this role and location is $135k - $170k/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
