Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$89,800.00 - $148,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?
This role blends finance and operations within National Accounts, offering a broad scope and cross-functional exposure to the business. As a Manager, Financial Analysis, you will have ownership of key account reconciliations across assigned territory and play a central role in the team''s SOX control environment. You''ll own monthly financial reporting - preparing, validating, and presenting results that paint a clear picture of business performance to leadership. In this role, you will work closely with field operations, underwriting leadership, actuarial partners, IT, and the broader finance team - bringing a finance lens to cross-functional projects and initiatives. This includes playing a key finance role in the Loss Sensitive Pricing (LSP) to Trails conversion, ensuring financial accuracy throughout the transition. You will also take ownership of critical data and processes that support the team''s month-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuity. This position may manage finance professionals.
