Manager, Financial Reporting

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Our client is a rapidly growing, global organization seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting to help build and elevate its corporate accounting and reporting function. This is a highly visible opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys technical accounting, consolidations, and partnering with leadership to establish best practices across a multi-entity, international environment.

The position offers exposure to complex accounting matters, executive leadership, global operations, and significant opportunities for long-term career growth. The organization is investing heavily in strengthening its financial infrastructure, making this an ideal role for someone looking to have a meaningful impact while expanding their technical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and review of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting under U.S. GAAP across multiple entities, countries, and functional currencies.

  • Own the preparation and review of audited financial statement disclosures, including revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, consolidations, debt, related-party transactions, and segment reporting.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for external auditors, coordinating audit requests, supporting documentation, and audit status meetings.

  • Research technical accounting matters and prepare accounting memorandums for significant transactions and judgmental accounting areas.

  • Partner with accounting leaders across global operations to standardize close processes, intercompany accounting, and accounting policy application.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.

  • Progressive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, audit, or corporate accounting with strong U.S. GAAP expertise.

  • Experience preparing consolidated financial statements within a multi-entity and/or multinational organization.

  • Demonstrated experience managing external audits and working directly with auditors.

  • Strong knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, ASC 810, and other complex accounting standards.
