Zambrero Florence is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day to day operations of our restaurant.

At Zambrero, we’re about more than serving great Mexican inspired food. Through our Plate 4 Plate initiative, every burrito or bowl purchased helps provide a meal to someone in need. You’ll be joining a growing brand where great food, great people, and giving back are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant and help create a positive experience for both our customers and our team.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing restaurant team
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support team members
• Create schedules and oversee day to day staffing needs
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet Zambrero standards
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, payroll, and restaurant reporting
• Monitor labor, food costs, budgets, and overall restaurant performance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised restaurant
• Ensure food safety and workplace health and safety standards are followed
• Build a positive, supportive, and energetic team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Confident communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast paced restaurant environment
• A genuine passion for customer service and developing a great team
• Someone who leads by example and brings a positive attitude to work
